Parent Visitation....

This week our elementary schools will be hosting parent visitation days on the following days and times.
Tuesday - 12:45-2:15
Wednesday - 9:00-10:30 OR 12:45-2:15
Thursday - 9:00-10:30.

As a friendly reminder, this visitation is for our elementary parents only.  To ensure that parents and learners can focus on what is happening in the classroom, parents may not bring infants or younger children to any of the visitation times.  We thank you for your help with this request.

We look forward to seeing many parents in our schools this week.

Volunteering as a field trip chaperone?

Hello, West Manheim Families!  I have shared several different documents with you since last spring regarding volunteer clearances at West Manheim.  There has been one adjustment that I want you to know right away.  Any parent wishing to volunteer for a field trip MUST have all their clearances up to date and submitted to the administration office prior to being selected to chaperone a field trip.
To help, I would suggest that if you have any desire to help in the school setting, to err on the side of getting your clearances.  This will ensure that you are always able to help with things involving our students such as classroom volunteering, shoppers room, book fair, and more!

If you have any questions, please contact Duane Bull or Lisa Duke at our administration office (717-632-2500).

Sincerely,
Mr. Cromer
