The next two evenings the library will be hosting our final Open Library nights of the school year. Tonight from 6:00 until 7:30 is grades K-2's night. Tomorrow, April 15, from 6:00 until 7:30 is grades 3-5.

The Ag Lab returns to WM April 28^th-May 2^nd, 2014: 

Needed: One volunteer that is able to stay the entire time for each time slot below – you may volunteer for more than one time slot.

• Monday, April 28^th 8-10am(K–Rathell, Buffington), 10-11am(2^nd-Long) or 12-2pm(K-Stetter, Rathell)
• Tuesday, April 29^th 7:50-10:50am(2^nd-Kump, Noel, J.Smith) or 11:15am-1:30pm(1^st-K.Staub, Stranick)
• Wednesday, April 30^th 8-9am(K-Stetter), 9am-12pm(5^th-Alvez, S.Staub, Gobrecht) or 1-2pm(5^th-Wurzbacher)
• Thursday, May 1^st 8-10am(1^st-O’Brien, Riley), 10:15-11:15am(4^th-Olewiler) or 12-2pm(4^th-Culp, A.Smith)
• Friday, May 2^nd 7:50-10:50am(3^rd-Currey, Lovelace, Shipman) or 12-2:30pm(4^th-Aumen, 3^rd-Peat)

Kindergarten Registration May 7^th & 8^th, 2014

Volunteers are needed to greet and escort parents and children and assist with check-in and registration.  Registration is open from 8:00 am-3:30pm.  One volunteer will be needed all day each day to help with paperwork, all other volunteers may sign up for shifts.

Teacher Appreciation Week May 5^th-9^th, 2014

A small committee of volunteers is needed for this week to provide treats and gifts to show our appreciation for our teachers. If you are able to help with preparations before or during this week please contact the PTO immediately. Please also plan to attend the next PTO meeting on April 8^th at 6:30pm.

WM Carnival Friday, May 30^th, 2014 6-9pm

2-3 chairpersons are needed to coordinate food, activities and volunteers for this event ASAP. Preparations need to begin immediately. IF THERE ARE NO CHAIRPERSONS BY THE NEXT PTO MEETING APRIL 8^TH, THIS EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED.

Grandparents day at West Manheim Friday, April 4th

We need volunteers to help greet and direct the grandparents as they enter the building.  We also need someone to man the PTO table to sell gift certificates for our Spring BOGO Book Fair.  If you are able to help out, please email Jennifer Benzing at jlbenzing@comcast.net.  The sessions are 8:15-9:30am, 10-11:15am and 12:45-2pm.
